By downloading, installing, or using Guardian Angel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Guardian Angel is a home maintenance tracking application. The App helps you track home maintenance deadlines, renewals, and service schedules, and store documents locally on your device.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the App lawfully, and not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App.
The App stores your personal data locally on your device. If iCloud Backup is enabled in the App's Settings, your items, tasks, and profiles are also backed up to your personal iCloud account so they can be restored on a new device. Documents stored in the App's vault are never included in any backup and exist only on your device — if you change or lose your device, vault documents cannot be recovered by the App.
You remain responsible for backing up your data, including your vault documents and keeping iCloud Backup enabled if you want your other data to survive a device change. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, a disabled or unavailable iCloud account, or other causes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms.
